Delete Your Account
You can delete your Leveling account and all associated data at any time from within the app. This page explains the process and what data will be removed.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps in the Leveling app:
- Open the app and tap the gear icon in the top right corner to go to Settings
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the confirmation dialog and tap Delete to confirm
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming deletion.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- × Your profile (nickname, title, avatar)
- × All synced tasks, goals, and skills
- × Experience points and progress history
- × Badges and achievements
- × Lootboxes and prizes
- × Friend connections
- × Penalty and debuff configurations
- × Your Firebase authentication record
What Data Is Kept
The following data is not affected by account deletion:
- ✓ Local data on your device (remains until you uninstall the app)
- ✓ Anonymous analytics data
Local data: Your tasks, goals, and progress remain on your device after account deletion. You can continue using the app offline without an account. To remove local data, uninstall the app or clear app data in your device settings.
Processing Time
Account deletion is processed immediately. All cloud data is removed as soon as you confirm the deletion.
